Manage your auditions in one system

Simplified Application Process

Many potential applicants may begin the process of applying to audition for your school, however not all of these actually complete their application. In fact, our research with leading performing arts schools show that up to 40% fail to submit their form. Why is this? The main reason is that the forms are just too long and complicated to complete. They may start their application but not have all the information to hand, and simply give up, or just forget to come back.

So we asked the question, ‘What do you actually need from an applicant?’ Do you really need to know their life history before you decide if you want to offer them a place?
We have therefore created a system that takes the necessary key information on application only, keeping the application time down to less than five minutes. This has seen a dramatic increase in completed applications for schools currently using the system.

For those applicants who are successful at their audition, you simply request they complete the rest of their details when accepting a place through our straightforward outcome delivery process.

Total Audition Management

This system has been designed and developed by professionals from within performing arts training to cover every aspect of your audition process. Set up your venue and audition date, set the number of places available, create your application form, take paid or unpaid place bookings from applicants, take registration on the audition day, mark each applicant to your own required criteria, set and deliver outcomes and take reservation fees for places offered.

If you also have our Student Management System you can import your successful applicants with ease. The snapshot dashboard shows places available and places reserved, auditions booked, payments received, demographics and offers accepted. The system is simple to use, saves time and resources and will transform and streamline your application process.

Audition Day Marking

Whether you audition your candidates over one day or through a series of recalls, the Audition Management System has been developed to ensure you can mark and process each auditionee via multiple panel members and over multiple disciplines. Whether you are a dance, drama or musical theatre school, you can create your day to match your marking requirements. Multiple panel members can either mark their own skill sets, or you can allow all panel members full access to all disciplines.

Each panellist can see the mark and comments of their colleagues, but not influence any marking other than their own. Days can be split into sections; for example modern speech, classical speech, workshop, interview or jazz, tap, ballet, improvisation, etc. The marks and comments are then aggregated for further discussion on completion of the audition and outcomes can then be sent to each candidate directly.
